The last EEG I had taken, happened to get a really nice guy taking it and we talked the whole time. Not sure
why but did. I asked him how he read the ups and downs shown on an EEG etc...acted kinda dumb and bugged him
with lots of questions... forget what asked him but his reply was...'everyone has slight seizures of some kind
specially during sleep. Everyone. They are not diagnosed with Epilepsy nor do they have it.' So guess these
are the little quick jerks we get now and again specially during sleep.

there a lot of changes that occur in the brain during the sleep wake
transition so, it is hard to tell if what you are noting is a seizure
or not. Even a "normal" person will have a slight seizure during this
period I know I have had them (very quick jurk).
