None of us can tell you for sure, but I would guess it was complex
partial based on what you said.

I had sever complex partials before my RTL, and what you are describing
sounds eerily like some of the smaller ones I had. Spinning, dizzy,
disconnected. It could also be vertigo, or an electrolyte imbalance.

I would talk to a Dr. about it if it happens again.
