[fast5] 180degreehealth

Hello everyone!

I have been lurking for a while and not posting because haven't had anything new to ad until recently.

I stumbled upon 180degreehealth.com when I was searching for heartburn remedies. I wasn't really aware that it was a weight loss diet also until I bought it ($99 for tons of ebooks and audio mp3's).

Even though I was doing F5 plus paleo I was having heartburn and it was really ticking me off because I was making sure to eat lots of alkalining vegetables and it just didn't make sense.

Anywoo I spent this summer doing the 180degreehealth diet and not only did my heartburn go away in 3 weeks but I lost 20 more lbs and I was stuck at an over 2 year weight plateau.

To describe the diet is impossible because everyone will eat differently and the core of the diet is a reeducation and to hear "what I eat" without first knowing why will absolutely cause you to not buy it and give it a try. It's totally the opposite of what EVERYONE else is saying and everything is not only researched but it makes common sense.

We all know people that can eat whatever they want and never gain weight and also know people that eat picture perfect diets that are carrying an extra 40 or more pounds and this program covers that first. I've read every diet book on the shelves and most of what's online (that's not fanatical - no raw foodist or vegetarian etc) and I have NEVER heard 80% of the stuff he said. I honestly was blown away and it works and it blends in perfectly with Intermittent Fasting and eating 6 times a day if you want, which I did try for a while just as an experiment to see if I got heartburn and I didn't which was amazing. It's just impossible to describe and I've already saved more than $99 at the grocery store eating this way. At social gatherings I eat what everyone else is eating and even eat double the amount they are and I must honestly say I am now one of those people that eat whatever they want and don't gain weight.

I even cut my exercise in half in fact now I only do bodyweight training at home and yoga 2-3 times a week for only half an hour and sometimes even only 15 minutes warmup/cooldown included. I learned that I was overtrained before and my hormones were totally out of whack and I was hormonally in fat storing mode most of the time from my own doing in the exercise department and from restricting foods that I didn't need to that had nutrients in them that made your body build muscle and burn fat. I was doing it to myself and I had no idea because I was listening to so many people that were well educated and had great bodies.

I really don't know what else to say other than I truly believe it will be the best $99 you ever spend. I hope you give it a go.
