I suddenly got dizzy Saturday, like the wall was spinning. It ended up with a sudden out of body-dead feeling. The whole episode lasted for about 7 seconds. I wasnt scared or stressed before this happened. I had abcencer Epilepsy when i was a child, i do not going on any medications now, Exept of anti-axiety medications who helsing me not be scared og stressed.
Was this a type of seizure?
