Re: [epilepsy] VNS - vagus nerve stimulation

I have had the vns since 2005 and things are great. It saved my life, since before I had CPR done on me three times. I still have ask from to time, but not gran mals. Go to the right neurosurgeon, and you should be fine.
Good luck.

I've been on ALL the medications, had my front right temprol lobe removed. The Dr.'s are wanting to start trying meds again. I'm married and have two kids (11 & 8). Has anyone had a VNS put in or know of someone who has? What type of results are you having? Thank You for all your answers and opinions.
