hello
my neurologist could not care less. I only been under her a year, because my neurologist retried. This neurologist just goes by what my gp says, not ask me. I don't think it was a seizure. The trouble with some doctor, if something different happens. All they say, its a seizure.

Hi!
I'm back on Keppra after having a major seizure while trying Vimpat. I love it--it's really the only drug that has worked for me. There are side effects--for me, when the dosage gets too high, I become mouthy :) It's like that filter that keeps you from saying things is completely gone. Another side effect is loss of balance--so when I go down stairs, I wobble. But I think that goes away after a while.
I've never had a problem with not being able to move though--Kelly may be right--it may be a breakthrough seizure? I'd call your doctor and ask.
