Oh--now that's a good idea! No, I haven't tried it. I usually try to take an escalator or elevator now. Going up isn't a problem, it's going down.

I'm back on Keppra after having a major seizure while trying Vimpat. I love it--it's really the only drug that has worked for me. There are side effects--for me, when the dosage gets too high, I become mouthy :) It's like that filter that keeps you from saying things is completely gone. Another side effect is loss of balance--so when I go down stairs, I wobble. But I think that goes away after a while.
I've never had a problem with not being able to move though--Kelly may be right--it may be a breakthrough seizure? I'd call your doctor and ask.
