Yes, I sometimes have problems with heat--it's usually barometric pressure that makes it worse. Also, going in/out of the A/C from the heat gives me a little issue.
I think Tegretol can cause some issues with sun exposure--I remember when I was on it I couldn't sit in direct sunlight because it made it metabolize faster.
