I get severe headaches all the time since I was diagnosed with EP two years ago. If I don't eat every few hours, if I am running around all day at work or I am cleaning all day or out of the house running errands, I will have a severe headache and start taking alot of OTC meds along with my other meds. I hate that I am so "fragile" now and that I have to watch my every move or I'll get sick. I also have to watch how much time I can type or read at a given time.
Does anyone else have severe migraines/headaches and what helps?

Hi Erin,
When I have little complex seizures, I rarely have headaches after. But 2 weeks ago I had my first gran mal in several years--and I was left with a huge headache. I forgot how bad they can be!! If you think about it, your brain is doing a marathon in a short period of time, so it makes sense you end up with a headache!
