good advice is to look at the balance you take am vs pm. Reducing the
amount you take in the evening seems to help reduce insomnia.
According to that thread at least one person takes their entire dosage
in the morning. I guess I don't need to say but getting a doctors
advice on such a change of regime makes sense.
