                I have to take Tylenol with  Acetamifen.   the IB Profin will raise blood pressure in many people my Doc. tolde and I learned the hard way.  Though always check with you doc. ..   Advil causes me to have seizures and raises my blood pressure.    So I take Tylenol 325 mg.. when needed.
