emotional dogs are service dogs there is no certification for service dogs

There is a company here in High Point that the news medai has them in the news paper and in the news just about every week talking about there "service dogs" that they have trained and are giving away to soldiers that need them . From my understanding these are not service dogs as they are ESA dogs emotional support assistance dogs nothing like a true service dog. They have bee on the news in the news paper and else where about there so called service dogs I Have emailed them and called them along with couple others in the past and with no call backs or any thing else to explaon to these goof balls that these are not service dogs.
