This type of case is complexed as the attorney will hire his private investigator to look into things and most PI'S charge any where from 65 bucks an hour and up plus 45 cent a mile plus cost then the attorney will charge his or her normal hourly rate. MOst attorneys that do contingency cases will charge 33.33% to as high as 34.33% if they think it is a slam dunk case.
