[epilepsy] help with memory ect.

 

I thought several of you would be interested in this.

As part of my speech therapy (really, attention and sound sensitivity
therapy) I was given a subscription to a site call luminosity. It has
been a great help to me. It has targeted games for memory, attention,
speed, mental flexibility, and problem solving. I know it has
significantly improved my ability to concentrate, not get distracted by
other things, and this has increased my ability to use my short term
memory more effectively.

Though it comes with a cost, I think it is worth looking at.
