Slow Cooker Beefy Cabbage Soup - 18g Carbs, 3.6g Fiber, 3.1g Sugar

This is a super tasty soup that's incredibly easy to make!
Servings: 8

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 16oz pkg coleslaw mix
1 15oz can cut green beans, no salt
1 15oz can whole kernel corn, no salt
2 15oz cans Italian stewed tomatoes
2 14oz cans beef broth, low sodium

In a skillet, brown ground beef, drain fat, and place in a large slow cooker.

Add slaw, green beans, and corn, tomatoes, and beef broth. Add salt (no included in nutrition) and pepper to taste. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours.
