[fast5] Re: Off to a good start

Low carb is perfect complement to fasting as both are low insulin

I eat around noon and maybe smaller meat meal around 5 but 1 primary meal and don't be afraid to eat plenty of fatty meat

Measure your waist size rather than scales, for sanities sake too many water weight variables, but the looseness you'll find in the fit of your pants, in unmistakable

It's my habit to skip breakfast most days and take lunch at about 1 p.m. so I thought it wouldn't hurt too badly if I started, cold turkey. Today is Day 11 and it's going pretty well. I had a nasty headache on Day 3 and otherwise am feeling well. It's easy as pie during the week but a little dicey when I'm home all day on the weekend.

After my break fast meal I'm pretty satisfied and have to hustle to get in another meal before the window closes. I really believe I'd be perfectly ravenous the next day if I didn't eat another meal or a hearty snack before 7 p.m.
