Call your pharmacy and ask them.  If they are bad, ask your pharmacist to call your doctor and explain what happened.  The pharmacy can reach your doctor's emergency number and get it refilled sooner

I use the plastic things with the days of the week compartments. I was baking and left them on top the oven. only one day's dose melted through but all go hot.

So are they all ruined? If it didn't melt through, will the effectiveness stay the same?
