After my encounter with Prince and his legal team in 2006 over 3121,  I wouldn't even try to buy or sell a copy on ebay.  Prince and his lawyers, will go after the sellers and the buyers on ebay.  also consider the fact as of now it hasn't been officially released here in the US so as of now it is considered a "bootleg"  and we all know Prince's Stance on his bootleg music.

Yes I agree!
