I set up a mouthguard once fitting it for my *lower* jaw which does the
biting (all on the right side). I still have it and it works. BUT: I can
never find it in time anymore, and I can't wear it all the time. It's been
sitting on the shelf waiting to be used for years.
I'm seriously considering taking a Dremel to the right side of my right
first molar and second bicuspid- the most frequent offenders.
