Gaelic Darkwater,
Thanks for your definition of the laws.
They used the after effects of a seizure, which give her the mind of a child
unable to speak properly. Therefore it doesn't matter that I was dating a
woman in her 40's. In the eyes of the law, she's legally a minor.
The second law says I violated a restraining order. In the beginning, her
Parents really liked me, but when they caught us kissing, they told me to
leave, and when I went to see her, they said she wasn't home. Instead, she
Emailed me and told me to forget about them as we're adults. So we'd meet
downtown and go out that way. But the legal system says that's breaking the
rules.
All we ever did was kiss, but the legal system classes that as sexual, and
if they don't stop it, it might lead to something else. All because her Dad
is a Probation officer who filed the case himself, making our friendship an
illegal act!
Fortunately, since nothing sexual happened, I wasn't charged. I tried
pressing false accusation charges, but they took that as police harrassment.
To keep clean, I was told to stay away from her for one year. That ends in
August of this year and the Judge said I won't have a Criminal Record from
it.

I'm confused. I admit to being something of a law geek, I even considered going to law school before things got so bad for me health wise. I look up laws when they are referenced and read them carefully. These laws refer to sexual contact with a child under the age of 14. According to the law referenced, your problem wasn't that you or she had a disability, it was that she was a legal minor with no legal ability to agree to any type of sexual contact, even kissing. And section 810.2 states that you violated a recognizance (AKA Restraining order in the US).
