Re: [epilepsy] walking on uneven surfaces

When I leave my apt I use a walker with wheels and a seat,  I've fallen too often to take any chances.
I do have trouble getting into the bath tub.  I have a bath stool and mat but I have trouble lifting my
leg over the tub.  I need to exercise more-- I am sure. But I can tell my balance isn't good now.
I've had a raised toilet seat  handles for quite a while.  I have a plastic 4 or 5 inch seat to put on the stool --
which I think I will take with me when I am going some place where I know their toilet is low.

Hi,

Yes, My balance is terrible. I use a Canadian Crutch and/or my service dog as stability.
I just received a raised toilet seat with bars from home health, so I can get up and down safe.

Next is a shower seat and new bath mats.
