Bacon Dip - 2g Carbs, 0g Fiber, 2g Sugar

Serves: 8

16 oz fat-free plain yogurt
6 Tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup finely chopped scallions
1/4 cup cooked turkey bacon pieces
1/4 tsp paprika
8 drops hot-pepper sauce, or to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced

Place a piece of cheesecloth in a strainer over a medium bowl. Spoon in the yogurt and allow to drain for 30 minutes. Discard the liquid in the bowl or reserve for another use. Place the drained yogurt in a serving bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise, scallions, bacon, paprika, hot-pepper sauce, and garlic. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
