I have been doing Fast-5 for 2 weeks with no weight loss.  Does anyone have any ideas or tips to help?
  
  I female, 5'3", and currently weigh 138.  I am supposed to eat approx 1350 for weight loss, so I stay between 1250-1450 calories during my eating window.  I stay away from sweets and empty calorie foods.  I eat about 75 gm of protein per day.  I workout (cardio and weight lifting) 5 days per week for 45-60 minutes.
  
  On the bright side, I haven't gained any weight.
