Low-Fat Spinach Dip - 5g Carbs, 1g Fiber, 3g Sugar

Serves: 8
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup chopped cooked (or frozen and thawed) spinach, well drained and squeezed dry
1/2 cup drained canned water chestnuts, chopped
1/4 cup chopped sweet white onion
Dash garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
In a serving dish, stir together the yogurt, spinach, water chestnuts, onion, and garlic powder. Season to taste with salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
