I find a combo of tylenol and advil work best for me, as well as putting one of those microwaveable heat packs on my forehead. And then just going to sleep. Sometimes I'll also have caffeine, since that helps get rid of a headache.

Have you found anything in particular helpful for the dilly of headache
that follows seizures? I have tried several headache pills, but time
seems to be the thing that helps most. Usually by the next day it
gets better. Anything you might have found that is helpful would be
meaningful to share. Thanks.
