Ranch Dip is one of my all-time favs. Chances are, it's one of yours, too. However, traditional Ranch Dip is FULL of unhealthy chemicals such as MSG. There is no reason to fill your body with chemicals and hormones. Here's a way to have your Ranch dip and be healthy, too!
Servings: 8
2 (7 oz pkg) unsweetened Greek yogurt (look for the words rBGH free!)

1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Stir all ingredients together well. Can be used immediately. Enjoy as you would regular ranch dip with Beanitos or cut veggies.
