[epilepsy] Re: Headache post seizures

 

Hi,
After a grand mal or tonic clonic, I always have a severe migraine, so bad that I cannot move except go to the bathroom. It also has to be pitch dark because any light makes the pain worse. Only if I throw up will the headache get better. It usually lasts a full 24 hours.
Any other seizure, such as Complex partial, I do not have any headache after the seizure, only the tonic clonic.
