I don't know where I would be if I did not have counseling-- off and on thru
the last 40 years. But not about EP. It was usually how to cope with the divorce,
my ex, and my 3 teen age girls. Even now where ever I am I always see that
there is someone I can talk to when things are getting heavy.

Yes depression is one key factor also when added with other drugs too. This being one reason why a Psy. is recommend too. When I was in school way back 40 yrs. ago. They had me see a school Psy. once weekly. Sometimes it would even be twice. Then even as I went up in years in my middle school yrs. I had to see one privately. I was not allowed to do things. I was depressed a little. So it is true even as I say about my case. To this day i am 52 and see one also a therapist too.
