Re: [epilepsy] Epilepsy, Alzheimer’s priorities to Dewitt pol

Megan's problem is that she is unable to speak for some time after
she regains consciousness, and even after she can talk, she usually
has some post-ictal confusion. By the time she has fully come back,
she's already in the ambulance, and it's pretty much impossible to
stop a transport once they are on their way.... Fortunately, she is
at a smaller school, so even if she did have a seizure, most of the
people there know she has epilepsy and won't call 911. Also
fortunately, she's not having any seizures right now:)
