Re: [fast5] Fasting for 2 days

Try oatmeal muffins. I've been keeping my cholestreol at bay for 14 years with Robert E Kowalski drug-free approach using oatmeal.

btw  I have had success the first 2 months on this Fast 5 but stopped as had to travel. Think my 'belly fat' has maybe come back so will start this again. I thought this was the most successful approach to weight loss I had ever had   and it was easy for me  EXCEPT I really missed my one cup of fresh coffee in the morning; having that at 5pm just wasn't working for me.

SO try breaking your fast with some easily digestible home-made muffins. Make 2 batches & freeze them.
Interesting about your sore throat     Good luck!

Hope you are feeling a lot better soon.  I think you should break your fast with whatever appeals to you, but in small quantities.

Hello,

This group has been quite for a long time. Are you all still practicing Fast-5? I do mostly, though I slip from time to time.

I got a sore throat, and my intuition told me to fast completely, which I have for 2 days, no food at all, only water and unsweetened herb teas. My sore throat got better quickly. I felt fine fasting. This morning of the third day I feel weak and light-headed, so I think I should eat today.

I am wondering what to eat to break my fast. My intuition says fresh fruit and kombucha. I have eaten yogurt to break a fast in the past, but I really don't do well with dairy, I think dairy caused my sore throat.

Hope to hear from some of you, hope you are all doing well.

Tamara
