Re: [fast5] Fasting for 2 days

I was beginning to think I had left the group since I hadn't seen any post lately.
I still practice this type of diet, but it's always been a natural thing for me than some cutting edge break through. I've never been a breakfast eater, I usually eat my first meal of the day between 1:00-2:00 pm and try to never eat after 8:00 pm.
I do mix a protein shake with a large mug of coffee some mornings. Premier Protein makes a ready to drink vanilla shake that works great as a coffee creamer.
I still have plenty of weight I need to lose, even though I've stayed fairly close to the fast 5 way of eating I've also been eating the wrong things and more than I should.  I haven't gained any weight, but haven't lost any either. Things have been stressful lately and I need to get ahold of myself and get back on track.

Hello,

This group has been quite for a long time. Are you all still practicing Fast-5? I do mostly, though I slip from time to time.

I got a sore throat, and my intuition told me to fast completely, which I have for 2 days, no food at all, only water and unsweetened herb teas. My sore throat got better quickly. I felt fine fasting. This morning of the third day I feel weak and light-headed, so I think I should eat today.

I am wondering what to eat to break my fast. My intuition says fresh fruit and kombucha. I have eaten yogurt to break a fast in the past, but I really don't do well with dairy, I think dairy caused my sore throat.

Hope to hear from some of you, hope you are all doing well.
