A cool and creamy avocado cucumber and garlic yogurt sauce that is perfect in pitas, on salads, for dipping or even eating by the spoonful.

Servings: 32 (~2 cups OR 32 1 Tbsp servings)

1 large ripe avocado, mashed
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded, grated, and squeezed to drain
1 clove garlic, grated
1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
2 Tbsp lemon juice (~1/2 lemon)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Mix everything and enjoy!
