In the UK last winter, they seem to have got the flu injection wrong as it didn't seem to protect enough people. I have had the flu injection for several years now, not so much because of the epilepsy, but because of the neutropenia caused partly by one of the anti-epileptic drugs.
I have no after effects from the injection other than a mildly sore injection spot.
