I've never been given anything to stop the seizures.  With depression I've never gotten any kind of medicines for that but I can understand just from my life.  Such as not being able to drive is a real big one where with me you kind of feel you're stuck and dependent upon other people to get out being not being able to drive.

Your combo sounds similar to mine--i have complex partials.  Just no Lamictal (didn't work) and went off Depakote years ago.  I also take Lorazepam if I need it to stop seizures.  And Lexapro for depression.

I take Lamictal also I take 150mg once a day besides that I take Keppra, Depakote ER, Trileptal, and Onfi.

I was born in Milwaukee. I take Lamictal. Usually it works. I also have Ativan to take when needed. Not very often though.  I take the Lamictal 3 times a day.
