Grilled Salmon with Asparagus and Lemon Sauce - 6g Carbs, 2g Fiber, 4g Sugar

Serves: 6
2 lb asparagus, washed and trimmed
>> Lemon Sauce
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 cup nonfat, plain yogurt
1/ 2 tsp fine sea salt
6 portions of salmon (about 1 1/ 2 lb salmon fillet)
Salt
Pepper
Equipment:
4-quart saucepan
Vegetable steamer
1. Steam asparagus to desired tenderness.
2. Whisk lemon juice, yogurt, and salt in a small glass bowl. Let sit while preparing the salmon.
3. Preheat grill pan. Sprinkle salmon lightly with sea salt and pepper. Place on preheated grill pan and cook to desired doneness. Turn after first side has been cooking for 3 minutes.
4. Serve warm or chilled with asparagus and sauce.
