Super Healthy Salmon and Spinach Salad with Hard Boiled Egg - 4g Carbs, 1g Fiber

Serves: 4
5 cups baby spinach
4 oz cooked salmon fillets, flaked
2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl, and toss well to combine.
Serve and enjoy!
