Cauliflower Salad - 8.8g Carbs, 4.4g Fiber, 3.6g Sugar

How can you not like this delicate and delicious salad?! Unlike other recipes, it uses raw cauliflower so the nutrients are preserved and the taste is delicate and fresh.

Prep time: 15 min

Cook time: 10 min

Servings: 2-4

 

1 head cauliflower, cut into small florets

4 Tbsp chopped parsley

4 Tbsp chopped coriander

2 mint leaves, chopped

2 Tbsp lemon juice

2 Tbsp olive oil

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

 

1. Combine the cauliflower with the chopped herbs.

 

2. Add the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and serve the salad fresh.
