Hey Riverat, rembered this string of posts and came looking for it to read up on all replies. Just had my daughter's Pediatrician put her on a generic of Flonase. Doc said it was a steroid to reduce inflammation in her nose which seems chronic. I was concerned... pharmacist also said "should be no problem". So far after 2 days now she has had no problems yet!
How you doing? You sure are right about Dehydration being a trigger. I bet it is for many people regardless of their cause for seizures. It is a big one for my daughter also who has TSC. Basically it was / is Electrolyzed-Reduced Water that really gives her some sort of seizure control. Stopped all juice drinks & milk.

It was August of 2012 when I had my last one, so it had been about a year and a half from that time until this latest one. My seizures have been pretty well-controlled, especially since I figured out a major trigger for them (dehydration). It is possible that it was a coincidence, but I doubt it.
