Hi Kelly

Normally I take my drugs at about 9 am and 9 pm but it was
when I was taking my morning drugs the next morning that I
remembered the night before tablets, as you say, if it was
just a few hours it's ok but not twelve hours.

You are correct to jist carry on as normal. I was told
thatvif i miss a
dose and remeber within about 2 hrs you take them, otherwise
just don't
worry about them. Hopefully there is enoigh lefr in your
system to carry
you trough.
