Yes I am the same, once a year, some doctors think
differently perhaps twice a year but once a year is
sufficient, and they are slow release drugs so it should be
ok.

It just depends how much meds are in your body. Do you have
your blood checked to find out how close you are to either
end--
low or the top? Each med has how much is the "safe" level.
I get my blood tested every year and if I have a sz my
doctor has it tested
then to see if I am low. To me that is what makes the
difference.

You are correct to jist carry on as normal. I was told
thatvif i miss a
dose and remeber within about 2 hrs you take them, otherwise
just don't
worry about them. Hopefully there is enoigh lefr in your
system to carry
you trough.
