Robert,

There are 5 classes of drugs that this matters significantly with. Anti
Epileptic drugs being one of those. For future reference the others are
psychosomatic drugs (such as anti depressants), thyroid drugs, blood
pressure drugs (and I can't remember the 5th at the moment-darn memory!).

Here is the rule of thumb, whatever med you start on is the one you
should stay on. If you are having issues every time your pharmacy
changes suppliers try finding a pharmacy that has a history of not
changing suppliers without patient consent. You will have to do some
  looking in your area.

Also, if if continues to be a problem you may need to talk to your Dr.
about adjusting your dose up slightly so that the changes will not
effect your control. It is better to be on slightly to much then drop
below the level that gives you control.

Keep in mind that your symptoms do not mean you have had a seizure
again. Dizziness, even to passing out, can be caused by things such as
dehydration, stress, lack of sleep, not eating regularly, too much time
in fluorescent lighting, and the list goes on. Don't get overly
concerned unless you have a seizure.
