I LOVE my Samsung galaxy! But then I'm one of those nerdy geeks! You can adjust the settings on a smartphone, or put in a new keyboard. My mom though only likes the old flip phones. But my phone allows me to coordinate my work and home email accounts and calendars, which is helpful.
