Last night I made egg drop soup. I usually have a pot of fresh broth made (pig feet, marrow bone, chicken wings, chicken thigh) so I used two cups of broth, two cups of water, 6 eggs, and a little curry powder, salt and pepper. It was really good - and filling. Followed that with a pound of steamed cod dipped in butter.

I like not having to think about "should I or shouldn't I" with respect to what to eat earlier in the day. You just don't, problem solved.
