I have lost 13 lbs since Oct. 1. Started out losing more- but, now is slowed to about .5 a week. But, still steady loss. I have about 30 lbs. to go and I am willing to do it a bit at a time.
I appreciate FF because I can enjoy food when I get to eat it much more! Before I was always fretting about what to eat , when, if I should eat less. Now, I just enjoy it. The only drawback is that I sometimes want different textures.
