Subject: [epilepsy] My review
Hi
Well I have been to the hospital for my review, I was kind
of dreading it, but it was ok, when you see a new doctor for
the first time, you never know what to expect. Well it went
well, I have to increase my medication, it is as simple as
that, I did right by not taking the new medication my gp put
me on, he doesn't like mixing epilepsy drugs, will see how
it goes, the doctor seemed ok. Too short a time to make an
impression and as I doubt I will need to see him for a year
or so, I won't get much of a chance to get to know him. I
have to increase the tablets from 1000 mg per day to 1200
per day, am doing it slowly, 1100 for a few days and the
rest from Sunday, hopefully I shouldn't have any problems
with the extra medication. Will see how it goes. The doctor
will keep an eye on me via a regular blood test. At least I
will be home while I am increasing it, don't want any
problems whilst I am away.
Regards
Adrien
