Hi Kelly
The surgery was in February but I have to still use salt
water to clean the wound, to prevent infections. I had a new
opening cut in my sinus.

If you were under general anesthesia for the surgery, I
don't recall what you just had done, that can take several
days to clear your system. It can make you feel foggy,
dizzy, and get dehydrated more easily until it works
completely out of your system.
