RE: [epilepsy] Civil Case Against Subway Update

 

HI evryone,

I heard from My civil rights lawyer group that they are going to take my
case against Subway. They are suing the owner.

For those who are new, my husband and I went to a Subway here in Austin
Texas with my seizure alert and mobility dog and were harassed by a young
lady for a good 5-8 minutes. She told me behind the counter 3 times they dog
had to go. Would not listen to reason. Than came from behind the counter to
us in line and pitched a fit. Left said she called her manager and I was not
blind I had to go.

At some point she gave up and we bought our sandwiches and called the police
who filed a report and I now have the civil case and an ADA judgment against
them. Still waiting to hear on the ADFA case.
