[epilepsy] Update on Subway trouble

Hi Everyone,

I am doing well with my surgery. Not as much pain I thought I would be in. Also could you have thoughts for my sister Susan. She had to get a pacemaker a few days ago. She is only 57.

A Detective called today and told me he was sending my case to the Attorney General but told me since I stood up and stayed that they did no throw me so they did not deny me my rights. He thinks we are just short of a case but was willing to send it on.

Told me that although he applauded me for standing up for myself that it is better to have them throw me out than it is criminal offense and we can than file charges. A misdemeanor and a fine from tree hundred to one thousand dollars plus what I ask for myself and the business. Apology, free food or service, training of employes Etc.

He did say that he felt I should eat at Subway for free for a year.
I totally agree with that.

He said for me to file for a civil suit because they harassed me and that is a discrimination offense another misdemeanor but still charges and I can ask for the same thing as the first. And to file with the ADA, which I have. I am calling the civil rights project next Thursday since they only take new cases on Thursdays.

Just wanted to touch base.
