| Purple Reign Official Newsletter | | | | Todays Headlines Purple Reign Leaves Hooters And Announces New Downtown Home At Free Farewell After Party LAS VEGAS, NV, March 25, 2012: Purple Reign, THE Prince Tribute Show will host a free after party this Sunday night after their final performance at the recently auctioned Hooters Casino Hotel. After a successful run of 2 1/2 years at Hooters and over 43,000 tickets sold, Purple Reign is set to take up residency in the now blooming downtown Las Vegas market. "It's always a bummer to leave a property" laments Purple Reign's frontman Jason Tenner. "You get to know the staff at the venue and become a family. But we are grateful for the time we had there and excited for the future!" Sunday's regularly scheduled show will be $10 for locals, and the after party will be free to the public. The jam will be a one-night-only event during which the cast will announce the show's new downtown home. There will also be appearances from Purple Reign alumni of the past 15 years, including Cali Swag District producer Micowave, and Darryl "ZMan" Fields from Motown tribute Human Nature. Reign Entertainment, Purple Reign's parent company, will also preview some of it's upcoming entertainment offerings. "We want to show our appreciation for the local fans that have given us so much love over the past 15 years." says Tenner. "We are going to invite all of our Facebook, Twitter and Internet friends so they can come in and party with us and be the first to know where we will be moving. It's gonna be a fun night!" There will be autographed Purple Reign poster and T-shirt giveaways, as well as comp ticket giveaways for opening night at the new location (date to be announced at the after party). "The show is gonna get a production facelift at the new venue." says Kevin Brewer, Reign Entertainment's technical director. "We'll be able to make improvements to the show that we couldn't at Hooters because of the room and stage layout.
