Hi Sisan,
I didn't drive from 1988-2008. In 2008 when my Dr gave me the ok to drive again, I quickly took the written test and passed which gave me my permit. Fiirst time driving again felt different but it's like bicycling, you don't forget how. 2 weeks later got my license, then a few weeks later bought a car!
